We build machines. We build trust.

Fifty years is more than an anniversary: it is the result of thousands of systems operating around the world. Of customers who return. Of machines that withstand stress, high-speed production lines and the highest expectations.

ABOUT US

There is much more behind every machine.

It is experience that turns problems into opportunities.

Every Dolphin Pack system is designed to solve a specific problem: a bottleneck on the production line, transport costs that erode margins or packaging that does not suit the product. Our work begins where others stop.

From Affi, in the province of Verona, we design and manufacture industrial packaging machines operating in production facilities across 50 countries. Machines for mattresses, polyurethane blocks, sofas, doors, insulation panels and food products. Every time, the same standard; every time, the same care for the entire system.

Everything happens in-house: mechanical engineering, software development, assembly and testing. Never outsourcing what matters is the principle that has brought us this far, and will take us even further.

Customer satisfaction is not a marketing objective. It is the standard by which we measure every technical decision.

Fifty years of tangible milestones

Dolphin Pack’s history is shaped by machines launched, new markets entered and production facilities expanded. Each milestone has added another layer of expertise, making every new project stronger than the one before.

Always looking to the future
Our story continues. Every project begins by listening to the market and our customers’ needs, enabling us to develop increasingly innovative, efficient and sustainable packaging and compression solutions.

HOW WE WORK

Vertically integrated engineering

At Dolphin Pack, the engineering team that responds to the customer’s technical requirements is the same team that designs the system.

Every year, more than 10,000 engineering hours translate into modular, configurable systems designed to meet our customers’ specific needs.

10,000+ engineering
hours/year

Analysis of production requirements

Targeted interviews, on-site assessment, measurement of available space, and collection of production-volume data and specifications for the product to be packaged. The technical proposal is based on real data, not assumptions.

Mechanical and software engineering

The mechanical engineering and automation departments work in parallel: 3D CAD, PLC/HMI development and machine-cycle simulation. Everything is handled in-house, with no subcontracting of what matters most.

Production and testing in Affi

Every critical component is manufactured or selected in-house. The machine is assembled and tested under simulated operating conditions before leaving our facility.

Installation and production start-up

Certified technicians carry out the installation directly on site, anywhere in the world. The goal is to eliminate downtime and reach full production capacity as quickly as possible.

Long-term support

Multilingual technical helpdesk, remote assistance, on-site service, original spare parts and scheduled maintenance contracts. Our relationship does not end with delivery.

HOW WE WORK

The values that guide every decision we make

Modular systems

We design modular solutions that can be combined to meet the diverse requirements of different products and industries.

Engineering without compromise

We select only the best components. We manufacture in-house everything that determines performance. We never delegate technical responsibility.

Long-term partnerships

Our customer retention rate is high not because of contracts, but because of results. We support our customers as their production lines evolve, year after year.

Sustainability as a technical choice

Reducing plastic, lowering CO₂ emissions and extending the service life of our systems are not communication goals. They are engineering challenges we have solved.

OUR PRODUCTION FACILITY

8,000 m² where everything takes shape.

Affi, in the province of Verona.

Dolphin Pack’s production hub covers more than 8,000 square metres, doubling in size over the years to keep pace with customer growth and increasing system complexity.

Design and production coexist here. The physical proximity between those who design and those who build is no coincidence: it ensures that every technical decision is verified in real time.
