Innovation and specialization, since the beginning

1974

The Foundation: Dolphin Pack was founded by the Zaninelli Family. Initially, the company manufactured small machinery dedicated to the food & beverage packaging.

1990

Elisa and Davide Zaninelli took over the company. The beginning of the expansion: Dolphin Pack focused on the polyurethane and mattress market segments.

1992

The new plant: Dolphin Pack moved to a 2,000 m2 new plant in Affi, Verona. Over the years, the company has become the leader in the industrial packaging sector both in Italy and worldwide.

2001

Dolphin Pack launched Mistral 3B MT, the compression packaging machine for mattresses

2002

Dolphin Pack launched Mistral 3B MCL, the packaging machine for PU slabs and Pu molded parts.

2004

Dolphin Pack launched Mistral 3B Serie S, the packaging line dedicated to sofas and armchairs.

2005

Dolphin Pack attended its first international exhibition, Interzum in Cologne, Germany.
Dolphin Pack launched Ander Roll, the compression roll packaging machine for mattresses.

2006

Dolphin Pack launched Levante, the compression machine for PU blocks and rolls.

2007

Dolphin Pack launched, Pelèr, the vacuum packaging machine dedicated to PU blocks.
Dolphin Pack launched Wind SP, the packaging machine dedicated to food trays for the food and beverage.

2010

Dolphin Pack achieved a new goal: the first machine is sold in Australia.

2017

Dolphin Pack enlarged its plant in Affi- the total production area increased from 3000 m2 to 6000 m2

2018

Dolphin Pack launched Burian, the roll compression machine for PU blocks.

2019

Dolphin Pack launched Etesian, the fully automatic line to compress, fold, and roll mattresses.
Apertura di Dolphin USA LLC, per rafforzare la presenza sul mercato americano.

2020

Dolphin Pack increased its nominal capital from 50.000,00 € to 1.000.000,00 €
