Dolphin Pack at Interzum 2025: innovation and sustainability in furniture packaging
We are proud to have taken part in Interzum 2025, the leading international trade fair for furniture production and interior design, held in Cologne, Germany, from 20 to 23 May 2025.
This edition marked a special milestone for us: Dolphin Pack has been attending Interzum since 2005, and 2025 marked the twentieth anniversary of our first participation in the event. This confirms Interzum’s importance as a strategic point of reference for our company and the leading international showcase for presenting our innovations.
Interzum 2025: a great success for the furniture industry
The 2025 edition once again confirmed its position as the world’s leading event for suppliers to the furniture production and interior design industries. With more than 1,800 exhibitors from over 60 countries and over 60,000 visitors from around the world, Interzum offered a comprehensive overview of the technologies, materials and solutions shaping the future of the industry. The event’s international reach was remarkable, with 79% of exhibitors and 76% of visitors coming from abroad, confirming the trade fair’s key role on the global stage.
Numerous innovations were presented in a dynamic and constructive atmosphere, characterised by a strong synergy between industry and sustainability. The redesigned trade fair format and its focus on circular and digital solutions set a new benchmark for the industry.
This year’s central theme was “Rethinking Resources: Circular and Biobased Solutions”, placing sustainability and the circular economy at the heart of the event while promoting responsible manufacturing practices and the use of innovative, low-impact materials.
Our packaging solutions for the furniture industry
In keeping with the values promoted by the trade fair, this edition also gave us the opportunity to present practical solutions that combine efficiency and sustainability.
We showcased two of our most advanced packaging lines:
MISTRAL 3B SERIES S, an automatic line designed for packaging sofas and armchairs, developed to meet the needs of the furniture industry by providing high performance, maximum product protection and application versatility.
MISTRAL 3B MCL, a solution designed for packaging foam components and slabs, ideal for converters and companies operating in the polyurethane foam industry.
During the event, we presented our approach to packaging machine design, based on operational flexibility and the integration of solutions aimed at reducing waste and improving overall efficiency. Our packaging lines are designed to optimise every stage of the process, ensuring high production performance and premium-quality packaging that protects the product and improves logistics.
