Most Dolphin Pack systems are not “off-the-shelf”. They are developed around a real need, considering the dimensions of the product to be packaged, production volumes, available space and target markets.

We collect samples, measure their dimensions, test their response to compression and assess the required packaging material.

Design

Our technical team designs the machine based on the data collected.

Testing

Before delivery, the machine is tested with your product at our facility. The customer is invited to attend the final test.

Installation and start-up

Our technicians install and commission the machine at your facility, train your operators and ensure full production capacity from day one.
