ETESIAN DOUBLE ROLL

This machine meets the various packaging needs of the mattress industry and is the result of years of evolution and development of mattress packaging solutions.

This new ETESIAN model was first introduced in 2021 with the aim of achieving a greater reduction in initial product volume by combining two Ander Roll machines. The presence of two rolling machines allows products made only of polyurethane foam to be rolled a second time.

With ETESIAN DOUBLE ROLL it is possible to quickly pack, compress, fold and roll up mattresses and toppers in a single solution. Various final dimensions can be obtained without compromising product quality.

PERFORMANCES

Ability to pack products of different sizes, from single to double mattresses and toppers;

Ability to pack pocket springs, conventional foam, visco foam and hybrid mattresses;

Ability to pack, compress and roll pocket springs, conventional foam, visco foam and hybrid mattresses;

Ability to pack, compress, fold and roll pocket springs, conventional foam, visco foam and hybrid mattresses;

Ability to double roll PU foam mattresses and toppers with a maximum height of 250mm;

The machine can be used for: ONLY PACKAGING, PACKAGING-COMPRESSION AND ROLLING, PACKAGING-COMPRESSION-FOLDING AND ROLLING, DOUBLE ROLLING;

Speed cycle of the machine (depending on product size and type): 3 pieces/minute packed products only, 2 pieces/minute packed, pressed and rolled product, 1 piece/40 sec. packed, pressed, folded and rolled product, 1 piece/30-35 sec. for double roll cycle;

Final diameter adjustable from 200mm to 550mm. The final diameter depends on the type of polyurethane (density, hardness, quality) the mattres if made of;

Automatic packaging system;

Auto-adjustment of lateral sealing bars for different mattress size;

Automatic film cutting system;

Robust structure for increased durability.
