MISTRAL 3B MCL SV

MISTRAL 3B MCL SV is the perfect combination between MISTRAL 3B MCL and PELÉR, two of our most popular lines.

It is able to vacuum pack and compress products such as PU foam slabs and molded parts, quilts and stacked pillows thanks to two hydraulic presses, our patented welding bars, and a special barrier film developed to guarantee vacuum compression.

Its compact design avoids any problems of integration into the customer's production line. Moreover, the machine speeds up production thanks to a system that automatically detects the dimensions of the product.

PERFORMANCES

Ability to vacuum pack and compress in flat products (individually or grouped), such as PU foam slabs and molded parts, quilts, pillows and mattresses;

The machine can be used to: PACK ONLY, FLAT VACUUM PACK AND COMPRESS;

Speed cycle of the working machine (depending on product dimension and density): 2 pieces/minute for only packed products; 1 piece/ minute for pressed and vacuum packed products;

Self-adjustment for products of different sizes;

Automatic side film cutting system;

No hand bagging thanks to auto wrapping system;

Robust structure for durability;

Ladder and gangway structure included in packaging machine frame to easily operate film reel changing and run maintenance operation.
