WHY THIS INFORMATION

According to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), this page describes the methods for processing personal data of users who consult the website of DOLPHIN PACK Srl, hereinafter referred to for convenience as DOLPHIN PACK, accessible electronically at the address www.dolphinpack.it.

This information does not concern other sites, pages or online services that can be reached via hypertext links that may be published on the sites but refer to resources outside the domains owned by DOLPHIN PACK.

DATA PROTECTION OFFICER

DOLPHIN PACK has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) as this appointment is not applicable in relation to the processing of personal data carried out by the company.

PURPOSE, LEGAL BASIS AND OBLIGATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF PROCESSING

The Personal Data that you provide through the Site will be processed by DOLPHIN PACK for the following purposes:

1. Management and execution of activities deriving from pre-contractual and contractual obligations, including the supply of goods or services and all related activities (order management, dispatch of purchased goods, management of returns, request for contact through the Contact form, newsletter subscription);
2. Activities of sending commercial communications of an informative and/or promotional nature, exclusively subject to specific consent, which may be expressed by optionally filling in specific fields at the bottom of the forms on the relevant website;
3. Management of spontaneous applications;
4. Management of disputes (breach of contract, warnings, settlements, debt collection, arbitration, judicial disputes, requests by Public Security Agencies);
5. Purposes of statistical research/analysis on aggregate or anonymous data, without therefore the possibility of identifying the user, aimed at measuring the operation of the Site, measuring traffic and assessing usability and interest;

The processing of the data provided will not be carried out through the use of an automated decision-making system

The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data for the purposes set out in point 1) is the provision of a service or the response to a request that does not require consent under Applicable law; for the purposes set out in point 2) specific consent will be required; for the purposes set out in point 3) specific consent is not required unless data of a particular nature are specified in the CV, for the processing of which consent is required in accordance with applicable authorisations the purpose referred to in point 4) is a processing of Personal Data carried out in the legitimate interest of the Controller in accordance with the Applicable Legislation since, once conferred, the processing is necessary in order to fulfil a legal obligation to which DOLPHIN PACK is subject or to exercise its right of defence in court. The purpose referred to in point 5) does not involve the processing of Personal Data.

The provision of Personal Information for the purposes listed above is optional, but failure to provide it may make it impossible to fulfil a User request or comply with a legal obligation to which DOLPHIN PACK may be subject. On the collection forms, the necessary data will still be marked as mandatory.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Personal Data provided for purposes related to the request for contact between the Owner and the User will be processed and stored in accordance with the law for the duration and until the conclusion of the contractual relationship.

Personal Data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Controller and the User will be processed until the execution of such contract is completed.

When the processing is based on the User's consent, the Data Controller may keep the Personal Data longer until such consent is revoked. In addition, the Controller may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.

For marketing activities, data will be retained for 2 years.

For CV management, data will be kept for a maximum of 6 months (timeframe to be assessed with the company).

Personal Data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller will be retained until such interest is satisfied. The User may obtain further information regarding the legitimate interest pursued by the Controller by contacting the Controller.

 TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Navigation data  

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
