Cleaning of cut polyurethane sheets immediately after cutting.
In addition to manufacturing packaging lines, over the years Dolphin Pack has designed and manufactured product cleaning lines specifically for the polyurethane industry. Once the product leaves the cutting line, all scrap must be removed from the slots to obtain a clean, cut sheet: the ALISEO processing and cleaning lines were developed specifically to speed up and facilitate the process of removing polyurethane scrap from semi-finished sheets. This solution improves the quality of the semi-finished product and the efficiency of the production department, and can be integrated into existing production facilities.
