BURIAN is the latest addition to Dolphin Pack’s family of volume-reduction machines. It combines the power of a hydraulic press—capable of compressing blocks flat to minimize their volume before the rolling phase— with the innovative Ander Roll R BL, which, thanks to its robust structure, ensures the rolling of blocks made of both conventional polyurethane and viscoelastic foam. The use of stretch film during the rolling phase keeps the block packaged without the need for sealing bars, while for flat packaging, a very thin PE film—as thin as 25 microns—can be used: this makes it possible to cut packaging costs in half while still reducing the product’s original volume by up to 80%.
