What is it?
Automatic De-stacking
The DE-STACKER is Dolphin Pack’s automatic destacker, designed to streamline and speed up the mattress production process. Installed upstream of the production line, it picks up individual sheets of polyurethane or viscoelastic foam—or complete mattresses—from a stack up to 2.5 meters high and makes them available for processing, one at a time.
Like all Dolphin Pack industrial handling systems, the DE-STACKER can be custom-integrated into any existing production line: it eliminates manual handling, reduces downtime, and maintains a constant and reliable feed rate.
